Workshop Description
Early years and physical education teachers will discover suitable physical activities and games for children aged 3 to 7 that encourage motivation and engagement. You will gain skills in designing, adapting, and differentiating activities to enhance skill-related fitness components, including coordination, balance, reaction time (reflexes), and spatial awareness. The workshop is hands-on, interactive, and tailored to how young children learn through games, play, music and movement, and storytelling.
